StayTiny Games is an independent game studio. This policy covers the website at staytinygames.dev and the data we collect when you interact with it.
What We Collect
We collect only what you give us directly: — Newsletter signup: your email address and, optionally, your name. — Contact form: your email address, optional name, and the message you write. We do not collect payment information, device fingerprints, or any data beyond what is listed above.
How We Use It
Newsletter emails are used solely to send you devlogs, release news, and studio updates. We will never sell, rent, or share your email with third parties. Contact form messages are used to reply to your inquiry. We store them to keep track of conversations.
Analytics
We use Vercel Analytics to understand how visitors navigate the site. Vercel Analytics is privacy-first: it does not use cookies and does not collect personally identifiable information. You can read more at vercel.com/docs/analytics/privacy-policy.
Data Storage
Newsletter subscribers and contact messages are stored in our internal platform (StayTiny multi-site manager), hosted on infrastructure we control. Data is not transferred outside our systems except as required by Vercel's hosting infrastructure.
Your Rights
You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time via the unsubscribe link included in every email. To request deletion of your data (email or contact messages), reach out via the contact form and we will remove it within 30 days.
Cookies
We do not use tracking cookies. Vercel Analytics operates without cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy.
Changes to This Policy
If we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
